Before dawn athletes will stand on the edge of Skaha Lake looking out into the dark, ready to take on one of the most demanding and breathtaking triathlons in the world.

The journey begins with a pristine swim through the blue waters of Skaha Lake. Emerging from the water, competitors will enjoy powering through the rolling roads of wine country, surrounded by vineyards and orchards. The climbs intensify as the route winds skyward toward Apex Mountain Resort, where steep grades test every ounce of endurance and willpower.

In the mountains the final challenge begins — a rugged mountain run across alpine trails, ridgelines, and panoramic vistas that will leave you speechless.
